BzzAgent - Morning Star Farm

As you all know I am a BzzAgent and I'm here to give my honest review about Morning Star Farm  Grillers Prime.

I decided to do this challenge for many reason. First reason, I never had a veggie burger, ever. I don't think I have ever met a Puerto Rican Vegan to be honest with you. Second reason, after having my son I am looking for healthy food (I'm also breastfeeding) and continuing to lose the weight as I planned before I got pregnant. Third, No Meat Friday! This is very important to our family. We tend to have the same meals every Friday for so why not try veggie burgers.

When I received the coupons, I headed to my local grocery store to grab me a box. I selected Grillers Prime the name reminded me of a juicy grilled burger. I was expecting the price to be high, $3.99 - $4.50 for a box of 4 was not bad at all. This was not on sale when I purchased them so is still a fairly good price.

The items stayed in my freezer for a while because I was kind of worried about eating a veggie burger. Again, I never had a veggie burger before and I was kind of worried that this was not going to be good.

Friday came and NO MEAT FRIDAY  meant no meat. For lunch, I decided to grab the box from my freezer and give it a chance. The directions to prepare the burgers are pretty easy. YAY. Made my burger with no bread. Why, because I ran out and didn't feel like taking a to the store for one burger. Beside I wanted to taste the burger no disguised it.

After my burger was ready, I was ready to eat. Nothing like lettuce, onions, and tomatoes and I had me a great tasting burger. I was surprised. I expected sandpaper to be honest.  The burger had flavor (I did not add any seasoning to it. ) and was not greasy compared to a beef burger. Morning Star Farm Grillers Prime surprised me with the taste. I'm not saying is better than the real thing because is not. But is great alternative. It alsofelt good that I was eating something healthy and it was something new for our NO MEAT FRIDAY menu. There's also tons of recipes here so I will be checking them out to add them to my weekly dinner menu.

I recommend Morning Star Farm. Is affordable, tasty, healthier than eating a regular burger.
